The Canadian Space Agency (CSA) will launch a radar satellite in 1994 with a resolution of 10 meters and is Canada’s most advanced remote sensing satellite. Star with synthetic aperture radar and powerful microwave radiometer. The satellite will take ground photos 24 hours a day and nights a day from 500-kilometer orbits. It is weather-free and can also observe the earth through the clouds and the night. It is an all-weather radar observation satellite. The star is similar in performance to the “Diamond” radar satellites launched by the Soviet Union this year, the first Earth resources satellite launched by ESA and the first Earth resource 1 launched by Japan next year, except that the resolution is different. The Soviet Union and the European Space Agency The bureau has a satellite resolution of 15 meters and Canada and Japan have a satellite resolution of 10 meters.
