手工实训具备三方面的优点:一是设备投入少;二是能培养胜任实际岗位的技能人才;三是强化师资实践技能。最适应讲授以财、经、管、文学科专业为主的技能教学。为便于手工实训课程的开展,在此以“国际商务单证”课程的实训组织与改造为例,提出手工实训课程组织与改造的两个原则、四个方法和三项要求。并对实训组织与改造存在的问题作一分析,提出解决对策。
Manual training has the advantages of three aspects: First, less equipment investment; second, to train skilled personnel competent practical positions; third is to strengthen teachers practice skills. Most adapted to teach the financial, economic, management, literature and subject-based skills teaching. In order to facilitate the implementation of manual training courses, this paper takes the training and organization of “International Business Papers” as an example, and proposes two principles, four methods and three requirements for the organization and transformation of manual training courses . It also analyzes the existing problems in training organization and transformation and puts forward some countermeasures.
