毛细管电泳(capillary electmphoresis,CE)是以高压电场为驱动力,以毛细管及其内壁为通道和载体,利用样品各组分之间电泳淌度或分配行为的差异而实现分离的一类液相分离技术。近年来,CE的发展极为迅速,与传统的药物分析方法如色谱法、免疫法等相比,CE具有高效、快速、重现性好、仅需少量样品和缓冲液等特点,并可根据需要选用不同的分离模式且仅需一台仪器,能直接进样水溶性蛋白样品。如CE可同时检测人体液中游离氨基酸及其代谢物。这些优点突出了CE在这一领域中的优势地位,使毛细管电泳在药物分析领域有着极其广阔的应用前景。本文着重介绍普通低分子有机合成药的毛细管电泳分析情况。
