为了了解针灸冶疗与cAMP和cGMP调节作用的关系,我们测定了14只菌痢造型猕猕血浆cAMP、cGMP在针灸治疗前后的动态变化,发现两者的相关现象。一、材料与方法选用对痢疾杆菌敏感,体重为6~8千克的恒河猴(又称猕猴,Macaca mulatta)14只,自身对照进行菌痢造型和施于针灸治疗。急性痢疾感染的动物模型系采用鼻饲胃管的方法,即将培养1~2昼夜的FⅢ型痢疾杆菌制成生理盐水混悬液,经比浊计数后灌入胃内,剂量为450亿/千克体重。感染操作均在
In order to understand the relationship between acupuncture treatment and the regulation of cAMP and cGMP, we determined the dynamic changes of plasma cAMP and cGMP in macaques before and after acupuncture treatment and found the related phenomena.
