本文报道了两种新的有机加合物非线性光学材料—一水合D(或L) 酒石酸苯胺晶体的制备、单晶生长, 用X射线衍射仪测定了D 酒石酸苯胺晶体结构,其晶体学数据为:单斜晶系,P21 空间群,a=0. 9610(3)nm,b=0. 7285(2)nm,c=1. 7323(6)nm,β=96. 489 (6)°,V=1. 2050 (7)nm3,Z=4,R1 =0. 0455, wR2 =0. 0879。经测定表明,D 酒石酸苯胺和L 酒石酸苯胺晶体具有相同单晶结构。这两种晶体在1064nm的Nd3+:YAG调Q脉冲激光束照射下均产生绿色的532nm的倍频光, 其倍频光强度与KDP晶体基本相同,具有稳定的物理化学性质。
This paper reports the preparation of two new organic adducts, a non-linear optical material, D (or L) aniline tartrate monohydrate, single crystal growth and the crystal structure of aniline D-tartrate measured by X-ray diffractometry. The crystallographic data Is: monoclinic, P21 space group, a = 0.9610 (3) nm, b = 0.7285 (2) nm, c = 1.7323 (6) nm, β = 96.489 , V = 1. 2050 (7) nm3, Z = 4, R1 = 0. 0455, wR2 = 0. 0879. It has been determined that D-aniline and L-aniline tungstate crystals have the same single-crystal structure. Both Nd3 + and YAG Q-switched laser beams at 1064nm produced a green frequency doubling light at 532nm. The double-frequency intensities of the two crystals were almost the same as that of KDP crystals, which showed stable physico-chemical properties.
