目的了解上海市虹口区白纹伊蚊对5种常用杀虫剂的抗性现状,为科学开展灭蚊工作提供科学依据。方法采用幼虫浸渍法,测定Ⅳ龄期幼虫的半数致死浓度(LC_(50))并与敏感品系进行比较得出抗性倍数。结果上海市虹口区白纹伊蚊对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯、双硫磷和残杀威的LC_(50)值分别为0.010 3、0.020 4、0.006 1、0.000 4和0.625 1 mg/L,抗性倍数分别为:11.57、51.00、3.06、0.25和1.74。结论上海市虹口区白纹伊蚊对拟除虫菊酯类药物产生不同程度的抗药性,其中对溴氰菊酯产生高抗性,高效氯氰菊酯中抗性,氯菊酯低抗性。应加强对菊酯类杀虫剂的抗药性监测及科学合理轮换使用。
Objective To understand the resistance status of Aedes albopictus to five kinds of commonly used insecticides in Hongkou District, Shanghai, and provide a scientific basis for the scientific development of mosquito control. Methods The median lethal concentration (LC_ (50)) of larvae of stage IV was measured by larvae immersion method and compared with the susceptible lines to obtain the resistance multiple. Results LC 50 value of Aedes albopictus against alpha-cypermethrin, deltamethrin, permethrin, parathion and propoxur was 0.010 3, 0.020 4, 0.006, 1.000 4 and 0.625 1 respectively mg / L, the resistance multiples were 11.57, 51.00, 3.06, 0.25 and 1.74, respectively. Conclusion Aedes albopictus in Hongkou district of Shanghai has different degrees of resistance to pyrethroids, including high resistance to deltamethrin, resistance to beta-cypermethrin and low permethrin resistance. Should be strengthened on the pyrethroid pesticide resistance monitoring and scientific and rational use of rotation.
