高频淬火时,由于淬火品种繁多(特别在修理工厂),经常要调换感应圈。但因一般感应圈紧固夹具不够理想,故每次调整感应圈时都需要更换水管,松紧有关零件与开关水阀,使辅助时间大为增加。为了克服上述缺点,我厂新设计了一种感应圈,其结构见附图。感应圈进出水管中心距可根据各工厂实际情况定,但距离愈远,感应圈的损耗则愈多。

In order to overcome the above shortcomings, I plant a new design of a sensor ring, the structure shown in the drawings. Induction loop into and out of the center distance can be set according to the actual situation of the factory, but the farther the distance, the more the loss of induction loop.
