为探讨应用长效口服避孕药复方18甲基炔诺酮(以下简称长效复方18甲)后,对人体脂肪、糖、蛋白质三大代谢及肾上腺皮质功能有无影响,我们对有自身化验检查对照並连续应用长效复方18甲2～3年的31名妇女,及无自身化验检查对照连续应用长效复方18甲2～3年的31名妇女,及无自身化验检查对照连续应用长效复方18甲2—3年的9名妇女,共40例,进行了三大代谢及肾上腺皮质功能方面的观察。
