系统性红斑狼疮(简称SLE)的心脏损害并不少见。我院1982～1989年收治的80例SLE(均符合美国风湿病协会1982年修订的SLE诊断标准)合并心脏损害者有35例占43.8%。现分析报告如下。
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is not uncommon for heart damage. In our hospital from 1982 to 1989, 80 cases of SLE (both in line with the American College of Rheumatology 1982 revised SLE diagnostic criteria) were associated with heart damage, 35 cases accounted for 43.8%.
