原目的为自大豆油脚(用热榨法所得大豆油经水处理时所得深棕色副产品)中提制甾醇,进一步作为甾类激素的合成原料。又因大豆油脚中提制出的植物甾醇含有γ-谷甾醇,其立体结构与由松香皂(松木为原料硫酸盐法造纸工业废料,目前没有应用)中提制出的β-谷甾醇,仅为侧链立体结构的不同,因此,想由大豆油脚中提制出γ-谷甾醇,以利有关甾类化合物立体结构的研究。
The original objective is to extract hinokitiol from the soybean oil foot (the dark brown by-product obtained when the soybean oil obtained by hot-pressing is treated with water) and further to be used as a synthetic raw material of steroid hormones. In addition, the phytosterols extracted from the feet of soybean oil contain γ-sitosterol, its three-dimensional structure and β-sitosterol extracted from rosin soap (pine wood is the raw material of the sulfate paper industry and is currently not used). Only the three-dimensional structure of the side chains is different. Therefore, γ-sitosterol needs to be extracted from the soybean oil to facilitate the study of the three-dimensional structure of terpenoids.
