针对选矿车间提铁降硅返矿工艺设计不合理的问题,对返矿工艺进行了二次技术改造,实现了返矿产品中的粗细粒矿物分离,避免了返矿中合格产品进入到流程循环,提高了二次磨矿分级作业的溢流粒度,实际金属回收率达到82%以上,达到了可靠、高效、低耗的生产工艺原则。
