通过对火场样品中汽油残留物SPME/GC—MS分析方法的研究,在实验的基础上,考察了萃取纤维、萃取温度和时间的选择以及方法检出限等,对SPME萃取痕量汽油成分的条件和参数进行了优化。该方法兼具快速和灵敏的特点,能适应公安基层的检验工作。
On the basis of the experiment, the methods of SPME / GC-MS analysis of gasoline residue in fire field were studied. The extraction fiber, the selection of extraction temperature and time and the detection limit of the method were investigated. Conditions and parameters are optimized. The method combines rapid and sensitive features and can adapt to the inspection work of grass-roots public security.
