随着深潜事业的发展,球壳的应用越来越广泛;而研究球壳结构,首先要解决球壳偏差的测量问题。本文对研制我国第一台球壳不圆度测量仪的工作进行了总结,着重论述测量原理、设计原则以及该测量仪的特点。实践证明,这台仪器精度高,测量范围大,用途广,使用寿命长,不仅可以测量加工后球壳的偏差值,而且还可以解决加工过程中用人力所难以解决的球壳毛坯的定位问题。
With the development of the deep dive industry, the application of the spherical shell is more and more widely. To study the structure of the spherical shell, we must first solve the measurement problem of the spherical shell deviation. This paper summarizes the work of developing the first dome-shaped non-circularity measuring instrument in our country, focusing on the measuring principle, design principle and the characteristics of the measuring instrument. Practice has proved that this instrument has the advantages of high precision, wide measuring range, wide application and long service life. It can not only measure the deviation value of the processed ball shell, but also solve the positioning problem of the spherical shell blank which is difficult to be solved by manpower during the processing .
