新课程标准理念下的数学课堂主张学生自主探究、合作交流,倡导师生对话、自然生成.教师要保护学生参与课堂的热情和积极性,鼓励他们发现问题、提出问题和解决问题.教师须顺应学生的心理需求和课堂进展,不断调整自己的教学思路,与学生一起自然“生成”课堂.正如叶澜教授所说[1]:“课堂应是向未知方向挺进的旅程,随时都有可能发现意外的通道和美丽的图景,而不是一切都必须遵循固定线路而没有激情的旅程.”教师不要急于推销自己的解
