目的:观察益气养阴解毒汤辅助放化疗治疗鼻咽癌的增效减毒作用。方法:将96例符合研究条件的鼻咽癌患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各46例。2组均采用调强放疗加化疗(顺铂)方案,对照组服用威麦宁胶囊,观察组服用益气养阴解毒汤,疗程均为8周。记录急性放射反应情况,评价骨髓抑制程度、生活质量(KPS评分)和实体肿瘤大小。结果:观察组总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的80.43%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束时,观察组口腔黏膜、耳、唾液腺、咽和食管、喉的急性放射反应评分均低于对照组(P<0.01),骨髓抑制程度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组出现骨髓抑制反应时间晚于对照组(P<0.05);治疗结束后,观察组骨髓抑制反应恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05),KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:将益气养阴解毒汤辅助用于同期鼻咽癌放化疗患者,能减轻放射性损伤和骨髓抑制程度,推迟骨髓抑制反应出现时间,促进骨髓抑制的恢复,稳定或提高患者的生活质量,提高临床疗效。
Objective: To observe the effect of Yiqi Yangyinjiedu Decoction adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: A total of 96 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who met the research conditions were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method. Both groups received IMRT plus chemotherapy (cisplatin) regimen, while the control group took Viagra capsules. The observation group took Yiqi Yangyinghudu Decoction for 8 weeks. The acute radiation response was recorded and the degree of bone marrow suppression, quality of life (KPS score), and solid tumor size were assessed. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.65%, which was higher than that in the control group (80.43%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). At the end of treatment, the scores of acute radiation reaction in oral mucosa, ear, salivary gland, pharynx and esophagus and larynx in observation group were lower than those in control group (P <0.01), and the degree of myelosuppression was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). During the treatment period, the bone marrow suppression reaction time in the observation group was later than that in the control group (P <0.05). After the treatment, the recovery time of the bone marrow suppression reaction group in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05) 0.01). Conclusion: Assisted with Yiqi Yangyinjiedu Decoction in patients with concurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy and chemotherapy can reduce the degree of radioactive injury and bone marrow suppression, postpone the emergence of bone marrow suppression reaction, promote the recovery of myelosuppression, stabilize or improve the quality of life of patients, Improve clinical efficacy.
