作者观察了41例震动病患者的血液凝聚作用的状态,其中Ⅰ期震动病16例、Ⅱ期19例、Ⅲ期6例。分析凝血和抗凝血的结果表明,震动病时血凝增高。其中全血凝血时间缩短至5.39±0.28分(对照组为6.8±0.2分);复钙时间缩短至96.6±3.6秒(对照组为104±1.5秒);对肝素耐受时间缩短至5.05±0.3分(对照组为6.26±0.10分)、病例中35%有血栓凝固物;10%有Б-病理性纤维蛋白元。
The authors observed the state of blood coagulation in 41 cases of shock patients, including stage I shock disease in 16 cases, stage II in 19 cases, stage III in 6 cases. Analysis of coagulation and anticoagulant results showed that when the shock disease increased blood clotting. The whole blood clotting time was shortened to 5.39 ± 0.28 (6.8 ± 0.2 in the control group), the time of resuscitation was shortened to 96.6 ± 3.6 seconds (104 ± 1.5 seconds in the control group), and the time to heparin tolerance was shortened to 5.05 ± 0.3 (Control group, 6.26 ± 0.10 points), 35% of cases have thrombus coagulation; 10% have Б-pathological fibrinogen.
