大数据与智慧旅游的结合成为近几年社会关注热点,也是未来旅游产业发展的战略方向。本文首先简要介绍了大数据背景下智慧旅游的内涵以及发展背景,然后介绍了智慧旅游发展的机遇与挑战;进一步,本文从旅游产品的设计、网络营销、过程管理、“售后”服务评价四个方面,构建了旅游产品在大数据背景下的管理模式框架;最后,针对天津市的旅游业发展现状,对天津市智慧旅游发展提出了建议,为天津市旅游业在大数据时代的转型升级提供参考。
