注射羊抗兔肾血清制造肾小球肾炎模型中发现:(1)如抗肾血清有溶血现象(当用兔新鲜红细胞吸附时造成的溶血),可增加动物的死亡率。一次注射抗肾血清复制动物产生明显蛋白尿的成功率为61%。(2)尿蛋白的多少可以反映病理改变的程度,但尿蛋白少于“++”,在光镜下常不能见到明显改变,而电镜下可见上皮足突融合和电子致密物沉积于显著增厚的基膜上。(3)血胆固醇、尿素氮和血肌酐的水平与病理改变的严重程度密切相关。
