高职教育要办得有特色,高职院校要主动适应产业结构调整与升级的要求,为区域经济建设和社会发展培养出高端技术技能型人才,在很大程度上要取决于是否已经建立起一支懂理论、重实践的,实用型、技术型、生产型、数量足、质量高、专兼结合且以专为主的具有“双师素质”的教师队伍。本文通过对广东国家示范性及骨干高职院校师资队伍建设现状展开深度挖掘,提出了一些解决问题的思考。

This paper digs deeply into the status quo of teachers’ construction in Guangdong’s national demonstration and key vocational colleges, and puts forward some solutions to the problems.
