本文测试了常用的几种低合金铸铁在高流速海水中的腐蚀行为与腐蚀特征。试验证明,低合金铸铁在海水流速低于11m/s时,冲刷磨损腐蚀形式为湍流腐蚀,而不是空泡腐蚀,在高流速条件下片状石墨铸铁的耐蚀性优于球状石墨铸铁。
This paper tests the corrosion behavior and corrosion characteristics of several commonly used low alloy cast irons in high velocity seawater. Experiments show that when the flow rate of seawater is lower than 11m / s, the erosion corrosion form of low alloy cast iron is turbulent corrosion instead of cavitation corrosion. The corrosion resistance of flake graphite cast iron is better than that of spheroidal graphite cast iron at high flow rate.
