目的利用Meta分析的方法对2008-2013年公开发表的我国关于职业性噪声与高血压关系的相关文献进行分析。方法系统地收集相关文献并进行质量评价。对计算结果进行敏感性分析及研究偏倚检验。结果共纳入12篇高质量文献(13组研究数据)。职业性噪声与高血压有关联,暴露组相对于对照组OR=2.28(95%CI:1.96~2.66);职业性噪声与心电图异常有关联,暴露组相对于对照组OR=1.95(95%CI:1.65~2.32)。敏感性分析及研究偏倚分析结果表明合并效应值具有可靠性及稳定性。结论职业性噪声可能使我国劳动者更易于血压升高、心电图发生异常,应进一步加强职业防护。
Objective To analyze the published literature about the relationship between occupational noise and hypertension in China from 2008 to 2013 using Meta-analysis. Methods The systematic collection of relevant literature and quality evaluation. Sensitivity analysis of the calculation results and research bias test. Results A total of 12 high-quality literatures (13 groups) were included. Occupational noise was associated with hypertension, OR = 2.28 (95% CI: 1.96-2.66) in the exposed group compared with the control group; occupational noise was associated with an abnormal ECG with an OR = 1.95 in the exposed group (95% CI : 1.65 ~ 2.32). Sensitivity analysis and research bias analysis results show that the combined effect has reliability and stability. Conclusion Occupational noise may make our workers more vulnerable to elevated blood pressure, ECG abnormalities should be further strengthened occupational protection.
