我厂生产法兰盘的数量很多,因而法兰盘上各孔的划线工作量也就很大。如果采用分度或规划规来划线,显然效率太低。为了提高划线效率,我们采用了苏联先进法兰盘划线样板,从而简化了划线工作,提高了划线效率三倍左右。这个样板是用2公厘厚的钢板制成的,在它的中间开有一个阶梯扇形三面凸出的样孔,扇形的每一阶梯都是一段圆周弧,每一圆周弧都位于一个中心,其直径等于法兰盘中心孔的直径。
