目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定复方金银花颗粒中绿原酸、黄芩苷和连翘苷含量的方法。方法:采用Hy-persil ODS C18色谱柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈(A)-0.2%冰醋酸水溶液(B)采用梯度洗脱(0~10min,A15%~25%;10~20min,A25%~40%;20~35min,A40%~60%),检测波长280nm,流速1.0mL.min-1。结果:绿原酸线性范围为0.041 5~2.075μg,r=0.999 8;黄芩苷线性范围为0.05~2.5μg,r=0.999 8;连翘苷线性范围为0.010 5~0.525μg,r=0.999 9。平均加样回收率分别为99.7%,98.9%,97.0%。结论:该方法简便、快速,结果准确,可用于复方金银花颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, baicalin and forsythin in Compound honeysuckle Granules by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (A) - 0.2% glacial acetic acid (B) with gradient elution (0-10 min, A15% ~ 25%) on a Hy-persil ODS C18 column (4.6 mm × 200 mm, 10-25 min, A25% -40%; 20-35 min, A40% -60%). The detection wavelength was 280 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. Results: The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.041 5 ~ 2.075μg, r = 0.999 8; the linear range of baicalin was 0.05 ~ 2.5μg, r = 0.999 8; the linear range of forsythin was 0.010 5 ~ 0.525μg, r = 0.999 9 . The average recoveries were 99.7%, 98.9% and 97.0%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and can be used for the quality control of compound honeysuckle particles.
