松辽盆地南部处于大型湖盆的边缘相带 ,储层具有厚度薄、致密、非均质性强、粘土矿物总含量较高等特点。因而 ,储层改造技术是松南地区低渗透油气田增储上产的关键。通过对该区储层地质特征、岩石力学特征和地应力参数的模拟实验 ,取得影响储层改造设计的关键参数——最小主应力 ,得到压裂液、支撑剂优化方案。同时 ,从压裂时效角度论证了压裂优化设计的准则和原则 ,最终得出松南地区压裂改造的规模和砂比等压裂优化参数。经现场实践 ,该压裂技术效果明显 ,单井增产 7倍以上 ,取得了巨大的经济效益。
The southern Songliao Basin is located in the margin facies of large lake basins. The reservoirs have the characteristics of thin thickness, compactness, strong heterogeneity and high total clay mineral content. Therefore, the reservoir reconstruction technology is the key to increasing production and increasing production of low permeability oil and gas fields in Songnan area. Through the simulation experiments of geological characteristics, rock mechanics characteristics and stress parameters in this area, the minimum principal stress, which is the key parameter that affects the design of reservoir reconstruction, is obtained, and the optimization scheme of fracturing fluid and proppant is obtained. At the same time, the rules and principles of fracturing optimization design are demonstrated from the point of view of fracturing, and finally the optimal fracturing parameters such as scale and sand ratio of fracturing in Songnan area are obtained. The field practice, the fracturing effect is obvious, single-well production more than 7 times, and achieved great economic benefits.
