报告用氨力农（每日３ｍｇ／ｋｇ）治疗心力衰竭１０５例。结果：用药第３日，显效２例，有效４０例；第７～１０日，显效１９例，有效７８例，总有效率９２．３８％，该药尤其适用于不宜用洋地黄类制剂或洋地黄中毒的心力衰竭患者。
Report with ammoniac (daily 3mg / kg) in the treatment of 105 cases of heart failure. Results: On the third day after treatment, 2 cases were markedly effective and 40 cases were effective. From the 7th to the 10th day, 19 cases were markedly effective and 78 cases were effective. The total effective rate was 92.38%.
