井下施工中物资运输保障系统设计对于提高井巷施工速度至关重要。为了解决井巷开拓中下放混凝土等支护材料的无法满足施工需要问题,经多方案比较,在地面合适位置布置钻孔将混凝土下放至井下,从而有效地解决了运料能力不足的问题。本文通过对地面输料孔在府谷镇二矿井巷开拓工程中的应用,使得工期比合同工期提前10天,并且节省了大量费用。该输料孔工程的实施,为减少支护材料的运输环节提供了新的思路,提高了工效,降低了费用,具有较强的实用性,将对同类条件下的工程施工具有借鉴和指导意义。
Underground material transportation support system design is essential to improve the speed of roadway construction. In order to solve the problem that the supporting material such as concrete and other supporting materials can not meet the construction needs in the open pit lane, the drilling is arranged on the ground at a suitable location to decentralize the concrete to the well after many schemes are compared, thus effectively solving the problem of insufficient capacity of the transporting material. In this paper, the application of ground material delivery hole in the development of the second mine shaft of Fugu Town has made the construction period 10 days ahead of schedule and saved a great deal of costs. The implementation of the material delivery hole project provides a new way of thinking to reduce the transportation of support materials, increases the work efficiency and reduces the cost, has strong practicality and will be of reference and guidance to the construction under similar conditions .
