目的探讨快速细孔钻颅治疗各种原因引起急性脑积水患者的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院在2008～2011年间应用快速细孔钻颅治疗的23例由各种原因引起的急性脑积水患者的临床效果。结果 23例各种原因引起的急性脑积水患者经综合治疗后,消退15例,转为慢性脑积水8例,转为慢性脑积水后再行脑室腹腔分流术,术后恢复良好。结论快速细孔颅钻钻孔引流相比传统的Dandy’s钻颅技术,可快速、有效解除颅高压症状,为后续治疗赢得宝贵抢救时间,为进一步查明急性脑积水的原因和进行相关的处理创造有利条件。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rapid micropore drilling on patients with acute hydrocephalus caused by various causes. Methods The clinical results of 23 patients with acute hydrocephalus caused by various causes in our hospital from 2008 to 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.
