随着社会经济的快速发展,企业单位在用人时,主要根据专业技术水平、人品等方面来选择职工。因此,如何针对企业择人标准,对中技生分阶段进行求职规划指导是帮助学生走出求职误区的重要环节。中技生职业规划指导主要集中在三个阶段:职业准备期,职业选择期,职业适应期。不同时期有不同的指导内容与要求。笔者愿就职业规划指导的几个方面进行探讨:发挥课堂教学的重要作用;强化实践教学环节中的指导功能;加强职业规划指导的实践训练;搭建职业规划指导工作的平台;加强对外合作交流;营造校园内职业规划指导的文化氛围。
With the rapid development of society and economy, enterprises and units employ workers mainly in the fields of professional and technical level and character. Therefore, how to guide job hunting for graduates in medium-term skill-oriented standards for enterprises is an important step to help students get out of the misunderstanding of job hunting. Career guidance in technical students mainly in three stages: career preparation, career choice, career adaptation. Different periods have different guidance content and requirements.
