数学教师集体备课时反映出一个共同的现象:这一届学生具有基础薄弱、知识面不广、反应能力较低、学习主动性不强等特点,老师讲内容他们根本爱听不听,我们数学教师面临的情况:研讨了多遍的问题,学生还是一知半解,课堂中大部分同学不能积极地、真正地参与到与同学合作讨论的学习中去,自己也不能独立地进行探索、发现规律和总结方法;这些现实问题导致教师表面上热热闹闹,学生却不能很好地配合,最终的教学效果并非是课改者所期
