为确保国务院颁布的《医疗事故处理条例》(下简称《条例》)得到顺利的实施和贯彻,让医疗事故技术鉴定专家更好地学习和领会《条例》及相关配套事件,中华医学会于8月15～17日举办了中华医学会医疗事故技术鉴定专家培训班。中华医学会秘书长宗淑杰做了开班动员报告。卫生部有关领导及法律界专家就医疗事故技术鉴定的有关法律、法规问题,结合当前医疗鉴定工作的实际进行了讲解和答疑。文详见第3版。
