目的了解邯郸市食品中单核细胞增生李斯特菌(LM)污染状况,防止食源性疾病的发生。方法对邯郸市2005—2009年食品中LM检测结果进行综合分析。结果 2005—2009年共从377份食品中分离到LM16株,总污染率4.24%,熟肉类、生肉类、水产品及蔬菜的污染率分别为10.0%、8.73%、1.23%、1.10%。结论该市食品卫生状况不佳,卫生监督部门应加强对餐饮业的监管力度,防止LM食物中毒的发生。
Objective To understand the contamination status of Listeria monocytogenes (LM) in food in Handan City and prevent the occurrence of foodborne diseases. Methods The results of LM test in food from 2005 to 2009 in Handan City were comprehensively analyzed. Results From 2005 to 2009, LM16 strains were isolated from 377 foodstuffs with a total pollution rate of 4.24%. The contamination rates of cooked meat, raw meat, aquatic products and vegetables were 10.0%, 8.73%, 1.23% and 1.10% . Conclusion The city’s food hygiene situation is not good. The health supervision department should strengthen the supervision over the catering industry and prevent the occurrence of LM food poisoning.
