为了探明木薯淀粉废液的环保资源化利用新路子,以蜜本南瓜为试验材料,开展了木薯淀粉厌氧发酵液对南瓜生长发育、产量和果实品质的影响研究。结果表明,施用木薯淀粉厌氧发酵液能显著促进南瓜植株的营养生长和生殖生长,提高产量并改善果实的品质。施用木薯淀粉厌氧发酵液能显著促进植株主蔓和叶片的生长,增加叶片叶绿素含量,单株结瓜数、单瓜质量和产量均比常规施肥对照提高50%以上,其果实大小、果形指数、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、淀粉含量和VC含量也比对照显著或极显著提高。木薯淀粉厌氧发酵液可作为追肥在南瓜生产中应用,达到变废为宝、提高南瓜产量和品质的双重目的。
In order to find out the new way of resource utilization of cassava starch waste, the effect of cassava starch anaerobic fermentation broth on the growth, yield and fruit quality of pumpkin was studied with honey pumpkin as test material. The results showed that the application of cassava starch anaerobic fermentation broth can significantly promote the vegetative and reproductive growth of pumpkin plants, increase yield and improve fruit quality. Application of cassava starch anaerobic fermentation broth can significantly promote the growth of the main vine and leaves of the plants, increase leaf chlorophyll content, the number of single plant melons, single melon quality and yield than the conventional fertilization control increased by 50%, the fruit size, fruit shape Index, soluble solids, soluble sugar, soluble protein, starch content and VC content also significantly or very significantly increased compared with the control. Anaerobic fermentation broth of cassava starch can be used as top dressing in pumpkin production to achieve the double purpose of turning waste into treasure and improving the output and quality of pumpkin.
