用热重分析法对3种不同类型的中药材废渣的热解行为及其动力学规律进行研究。分析3种样品在不同升温速率(5、10、30℃/min)和不同粒径下的实验结果,发现样品的非等温失重过程由脱水、保持、剧烈失重和缓慢失重4个阶段组成,当粒径小于0.25mm时,对热解过程影响不大。在实验的基础上,用改进Freeman-Carroll方法计算出样品的热解动力学参数,并根据实验结果和动力学(参数)补偿效应,建立中药材废渣在不同升温速率下的动力学参数方程。
Thermogravimetric analysis was used to study the pyrolysis behavior and kinetics of three different types of Chinese herbal medicines. The experimental results of three samples at different heating rates (5, 10, 30 ℃ / min) and different particle sizes were analyzed. The results showed that the non-isothermal weight loss process of the samples consisted of four phases: dehydration, retention, vigorous weight loss and slow weight loss. Particle size less than 0.25mm, the pyrolysis process has little effect. On the basis of the experiment, the pyrolysis kinetic parameters of the samples were calculated by the improved Freeman-Carroll method. Based on the experimental results and the kinetic (parameter) compensation effects, the kinetic parametric equations of the waste residue of Chinese herbal medicines at different heating rates were established.
