运用３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ肝细胞内掺入法对大鼠外周血自然杀伤细胞对肝细胞的细胞毒（ｃｙｔｏｔｏｘｉｃｉ－ｔｙ）作用进行观察，证实自然杀伤细胞对肝细胞具有细胞毒作用（Ｐ＜０．００１）。大黄在１００μｇ／ｍｌ浓度水平能抑制此自然杀伤细胞的细胞毒作用（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
The hepatotoxicity of natural killer cells in peripheral blood of rats was observed by 3H-TdR incorporation of hepatocytes. The natural killer cells showed cytotoxic effects on hepatocytes (P <0.001) ). Rhubarb inhibited the natural killer cell cytotoxicity at the concentration of 100μg / ml (P <0.05).
