利用响应面分析方法对一种磷酸酯类离子液体1,3-二甲基咪唑二甲基磷酸盐([DMIM]DMP)的合成工艺进行优化.选取反应时间、反应物配比、反应温度为3因素,在单因素实验的基础上选取3水平,以[DMIM]DMP的产率为响应值,利用响应面分析方法对合成[DMIM]DMP进行3因素3水平的实验设计,通过对实验数据的分析得到最优化的实验条件:反应温度100℃,反应物磷酸三甲酯与甲基咪唑的物质的量之比1.2∶1,反应时间9 h,合成产物产率达到99.58%,并通过验证性实验证实,该模型的预测值的相对误差在3%以内,可以用于实际预测.
