作者为了探讨肉眼血尿病例尿中红细胞形态的临床实用价值,以单侧性肾出血15例、肾炎10例为对象进行了观察。结果:1.肾炎患者尿中红细胞形态:经1000倍电子显微镜观察,发现其大小不等,形态各异。经10000倍电子显微镜观察,红细胞呈球状、齿轮状、环状、扁平圆盘状、头盔状等多种形态;经400倍光学显微镜观察,也可发现红细胞形态呈各种不同形状的多样性变化。2.单侧性肾出血患者尿中红细胞形态:经2000倍电镜观察,发现其为大小相同的单一性齿轮状变形或为大小相差不大的单一性球形变形。3.尿中渗透压测定结果:肾炎病例为560±261mOsm,单侧性肾出血病例为548±219mOsm,两者无显著差异。
In order to investigate the clinically practical value of urinary erythrocyte morphology in patients with gross hematuria, 15 cases of unilateral renal hemorrhage and 10 cases of nephritis were observed. Unilateral renal hemorrhage in patients with urinary red blood cell morphology: Observed by 2000 times electron microscopy, found that the same size of a single gear-shaped deformation or the same size of a single spherical deformation. 3. Urine osmometry results: nephritis cases were 560 ± 261mOsm, unilateral renal bleeding cases were 548 ± 219mOsm, no significant difference between the two.
