目的:调查实习护生对患者的认知和患者对护生的态度。方法:以小组为单位进行非结构性访谈,分别获取护生对患者的认知和患者对护生参与护理的看法。结果:从小组的访谈资料中得出患者的性格特征、护生的沟通能力、临床技能可影响患者与护生关系的发展。结论:患者与护生的正性经历有助于治疗性关系的培养,同时也会直接影响护生的专业成长与自信。因此,无论是学校教育还是临床带教都应重视培养护生与患者建立积极关系的能力。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the cognition of patients and their attitudes toward nursing students in internship nurses. Methods: Non-structured interviews were conducted on a group-by-group basis, and the perceptions of the patients and their views on the nursing students’ participation in nursing were respectively obtained. Results: From the interview data of the group, we obtained the personality traits of patients, the communication skills of nursing students, and the clinical skills can influence the development of the relationship between patients and nursing students. Conclusion: The positive experience of patients and nursing students helps to cultivate the therapeutic relationship, and also directly affects the professional growth and self-confidence of nursing students. Therefore, whether it is school education or clinical teaching should pay attention to nurturing nursing students and patients to establish a positive relationship.
