一、前言电解MnO_2的工业生产目前一般还是用硫酸锰作电解液,在电解液的净化和电解过程中,都必须了解与控制其中的硫酸和硫酸锰含量,作为生产过程的中间控制分析。目前国内测定电解液中硫酸和硫酸锰含量的方法系分别用中和法测定硫酸含量及用中性高锰酸钾法测定两价锰的含量。我们在研究电解二氧化锰的工艺革新过程中,沿用以上方法,觉得它存在操作程序多,较麻烦,分析速度慢,又花费许多化学药品,而且滴定终点又不易观察等问题。鉴于氢氧化锰溶解度不算大,可能只要用标准氢氧化钠溶液作电导滴定,一举把电解液中硫酸和硫酸锰一起分析出来,为此,进行了研究,结果是可满意的,现把电导滴定法介绍于下。
