应用于汽车工业的粉末加工材料正日益增多。同时希望能生产适用于工业环境且具有优良材料性能的粉末冶金复合材料制品。这种需求可以通过模拟粉末压实过程以及锻模鉴定试验来实现。在此,对粉末冶金连杆热锻的模拟程序作一描述,并探讨了有关温度函数对材料密度影响的各种效果。
Powder processing materials used in the automotive industry are increasing. At the same time hope to produce suitable for industrial environments and has excellent material properties of powder metallurgy composite products. This requirement can be achieved by simulating powder compaction processes and forging die qualification tests. Here, a description is given of the simulation program for the hot-forging of powder metallurgy connecting rods, and the various effects on the material density affected by the temperature function are discussed.
