LD吹炼法LD吹炼法系根据奥地利具体情况在缺乏废钢增产产钢量的条件下创造和发展起来的,已如前述。voest钢厂高炉供给顶吹转炉的铁水成份是:C3.8~4.2%,Si 0.6~1.3%,Mn 1.4~2.2%,P 0.120~0.250%,S<0.045%,高炉炼出的生铁的含硫量在0.080~0.100%之间,经过炉外脱硫处理,生铁含硫量降低到0.045%以下。该厂由于高炉铁矿石种类繁多,使生铁成份波动范围很大,更由于转炉炼钢的热源只靠生铁中元素的化学热而来,因此就必须装设混铁炉用以匀均生铁的成份,为炼钢创造有利条件。生铁的含矽量直接影响到废钢的使用量,图7表
