探索香菇菌发酵蕨渣固态基质生产复合多糖的条件,可为蕨渣的开发利用提供理论依据。以蕨渣为主要原料,采用正交试验设计法对生产复合多糖的工艺条件(基质蕨渣比例、基质含水量、pH值和培养温度)进行了初步的优化。在本实验条件下,优化出香菇菌发酵生产蕨渣复合多糖的最佳工艺条件为:蕨渣比例80%、水份含量65%、pH7.0、培养温度为22℃。本研究首次报道利用蕨渣生产香菇菌质多糖,将为蕨渣进一步的开发研究奠定基础。
To explore the condition of mushroom solid fermented fermented slag solid substrate for the production of polysaccharide can provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of fern residue. With fern residue as the main raw material, the orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the process conditions (ratio of substrate fern residue, substrate water content, pH value and incubation temperature) for the production of polysaccharide. Under the conditions of this experiment, the optimal conditions for fermenting fermented slag complex polysaccharide were optimized as follows: fern residue ratio 80%, moisture content 65%, pH7.0, culture temperature 22 ℃. This study reports for the first time that the use of fern residue production mushroom mushroom polysaccharide, will lay the foundation for further development and research fern residue.
