在高原(海拔3700m)缺氧条件下,进行实验性肢体缺血再灌注损伤的血清酶谱及氧自由基改变的实验研究,结果提示:高原缺氧条件下肢体缺血再灌注损伤与氧自由基及脂质过氧化反应增强有密切关系;肢体缺血再灌注后可以诱发多个脏器功能的损伤。
In the plateau (altitude 3700m) hypoxia conditions, the experimental limb ischemia-reperfusion injury in serum enzymes and oxygen free radicals changes in the experimental study, the results suggest that: plateau anoxia limb ischemia-reperfusion injury and oxygen free Base and lipid peroxidation enhancement is closely related; limb ischemia-reperfusion can induce multiple organ damage.
