以从山西、河北引进至新疆的8个引进鲜食枣品种为试材,对果实品质指标动态变化进行了分析,了解各个指标的变化趋势和含量高低,进而比较各品种之间的鲜果品质。结果表明:从白熟期至完熟期阶段,各枣品种单果重呈先上升后略有降低的趋势,可溶性总糖含量逐步升高,维生素C含量呈“高-低-高-低”的变化趋势,可溶性蛋白质含量先升高后降低,有机酸含量呈“高-低-高”的变化趋势,淀粉、纤维素含量呈现“高-低-高”的变化趋势;通过主成分分析法构建综合评价模型,对8个引进枣品种鲜果果实品质进行综合评价,最后得出“金谷大枣”的综合品质较好。
Eight varieties of introduced fresh dates from Shanxi and Hebei introduced into Xinjiang were used as materials to analyze the dynamic changes of fruit quality indicators and to understand the trend and content of each index and to compare the quality of fresh fruits among the varieties. The results showed that the fruit weight of all jujube cultivars tended to rise first and then decreased slightly, and the total soluble sugar content gradually increased from the white ripening stage to the mature stage. The content of vitamin C showed “high - low - high - low” The content of soluble protein increased firstly and then decreased, the content of organic acid showed the trend of “high-low-high”, the change trend of starch and cellulose showed “high-low-high” The principal component analysis method is used to construct a comprehensive evaluation model, and the comprehensive evaluation is made on the fruit quality of 8 introduced jujube cultivars. Finally, the comprehensive quality of “Jingu jujube” is better.
