近年来,螺纹的制造技术无论在精度或速度方面都有很大提高;特别在螺纹自动滚压机出现后,螺纹的制造速度提高了几十倍。因此,螺纹检验的自动化也有实现的必要。图1所示的三针式,是螺纹自动检验机的一种,利用三针法自动检验螺纹的有效直径。它的原理很简单。测件(螺丝攻的毛坯)从自动滚压机中出来,进入自动检验机的料槽。凸轮2_1每转动一周,从料槽中放出一个测件到预备位置,再借凸轮2_1推到测量位置;凸轮2_3的作用是使测量卡头压向测件上的三根测针。
In recent years, the thread manufacturing technology has greatly improved both in accuracy and speed; especially in the case of the thread automatic rolling machine, the manufacturing speed of the thread is increased by several tens times. Therefore, thread inspection automation is also necessary. The three-pin type shown in Fig. 1 is a type of thread automatic testing machine that automatically verifies the effective thread diameter by the three-needle method. Its principle is very simple. The test piece (screw tapping blank) comes out of the automatic roller press into the trough of the automatic test machine. Cam 2_1 every rotation, release a test piece from the trough to the preparatory position, and then pushed to the cam 2_1 measurement position; cam 2_3 role is to make the measuring chuck pressed to the three stylus on the test piece.
