在不久前结束的全国人才工作会议上,胡锦涛总书记站在党和国家事业发展全局的高度,深刻论述了人才工作的极端重要性。他指出,人才是衡量一个国家综合国力的重要指标,综合国力竞争说到底就是人才竞争。航天高科技产品具有自主创新性强、技术难度大、系统集成度高等显著特点,对各类人才特别是高层次人才的需求十分迫切,人才队伍建设极为重要。
