以棉秆、木屑为原料与自制黏结剂、引燃剂混合制备用于烧烤、餐饮的生物质炭化成型燃料,利用热重分析仪研究胶炭比、引燃剂用量对生物质成型燃料燃烧性能的影响。结果表明:随着半焦与黏结剂配比以及引燃剂用量的增加,成型燃料的着火温度和燃尽温度及其最大速率对应的温度先降低后升高,最大燃烧速率、平均燃烧速率、燃烧稳定性判别指数R_w、综合燃烧指数S先增大后减小;因此半焦与黏结剂最佳质量配比为10∶7,添加占半焦质量分数为5%的引燃剂为最佳,最后进行动力学分析,得到活化能变化与燃烧特性相一致。
