“没有个人的成长,就没有企业的成长”。现今,企业竞争日益表现为人才竞争,员工培训无疑是企业提高员工素质并增强企业核心竞争力的重要手段。每年企业都会投入大量的人力、财力在员工培训上,但是培训效果常常不明显,提升企业员工培训效果,成为了企业亟待解决的核心。本文通过分析目前培训效果的现状,发现培训工作中存在的问题,并就如何提高企业的培训效果提出了几点建议。
“Without personal growth, there is no business growth ”. Nowadays, the competition of enterprises is increasingly manifested as talent competition. Staff training is undoubtedly an important means to improve the quality of employees and enhance their core competitiveness. Every year, enterprises will invest a lot of manpower and financial resources in staff training, but the training effect is often not obvious, and enhance the effectiveness of employee training has become the core of the enterprise to be solved. By analyzing the current status of training effects, this paper finds out the problems existing in training work and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the training effect of enterprises.
