以大鼠18S-RNA为内参照,用定量反转录聚合酶链式反应(QRT-PCR)技术对对20只经过12周耐力训练的SD大鼠心肌中MLC-2基因的表达进行了研究。结果表明,与安静对照组相比,耐力训练组大鼠心室中MLC-2基因的表达虽有升高,但无显著性统计学意义(p> 0.05);同样,训练组大鼠心房中MIL- 2基因的表达较对照组也有非显著性升高(p> 0.05)。研究结果提示,耐力训练12周时运动心脏中MLC-2基因尚无显著表达。心室和心房中MLC-2基因的表达与运动心脏发生的时相性是否有关还有待进一步研究。
Using 18S-RNA as an internal control, the expression of MLC-2 gene in 20 myocardium of 12 SD rats after 12-week endurance training was studied by quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (QRT-PCR) . The results showed that, compared with the quiet control group, endurance training group rats ventricular MLD-2 gene expression despite the increase, but no statistically significant (p> 0.05); Similarly, training group rats atrial The expression of MIL-2 in non-significantly increased than the control group (p> 0.05). The results suggest that there is no significant expression of MLC-2 gene in exercise heart at endurance training for 12 weeks. Whether the expression of MLC-2 gene in the ventricle and atrium is related to the time phase of exercise heart remains to be further studied.
