本文是一篇动向分析.主要内容概括了近年来电弧炉炼钢技术的几个新发展:如废钢予热;油氧燃咀;低电抗化和合理供电;水冷炉衬,炉盖和电极。着重分析了其中对我们改进现在的技术有启发作用的某些发展,也指出当今的电弧炉炼钢技术是一项“成套”技术,若仅仅采用某一单项,就必须要分析它和其他技术的关系。对二次精炼技术,本文简略地讨论了当前发展中的两个基本问题,其一要按照移植和组合的思路去发展及选择精炼方法,其二是桶炉的电加热问题可能会成为精炼技术发展中的一个焦点。
