应用氯丁橡胶、天然橡胶、聚氯乙烯、聚氨酷、聚乙烯及硅橡胶六种高分子材料,参照有关标准方法,采用两种不同的给样方式(固体材料、材料浸提液),按常规的培养技术进行外周血淋巴细胞培养。结果表明氯丁橡胶在一定的剂量范围具有染色体畸变,天然橡胶和聚氯乙烯见少量细胞染色体畸变。其余三种局分子材料均未见染色体畸变现象。

The results show that neoplasms have chromosomal aberrations over a range of doses, with few chromosomal aberrations seen with natural rubber and polyvinyl chloride. The remaining three kinds of molecular material did not see the phenomenon of chromosome aberration.
